1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "ArtFace," "we," "us," and "our" refer to PebbleMeadow Studio, a business registered in the United Kingdom with registration number 73932449.
• "Services" refers to all makeup and visagiste services, consultations, and related activities provided by ArtFace.
• "Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity using our Site or receiving our Services.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, graphics, designs, and other materials that appear on our Site.

2. Use of Our Site

2.1 Acceptable Use

By using our Site, you agree to:

3. Services and Booking

3.1 Service Description

ArtFace provides professional makeup and visagiste services as described on our Site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3.2 Booking and Appointments

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
• Arrive at your appointment on time (or be available at the agreed time for mobile services)
• Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment
• Pay the deposit and full payment as per our payment terms

3.3 Late Arrivals and Cancellations

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. In such cases, you will still be charged the full price for the service.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit is non-refundable
• No-shows: Full service fee will be charged

For bridal bookings, special cancellation terms apply as outlined in your bridal contract.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Site are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that specific appointment.

4.2 Deposits

For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and group bookings, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and will be deducted from the final payment.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Cash (for in-person payments only)

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

4.4 Receipts and Invoices

We will provide a receipt or invoice for all services rendered upon request. Please retain this for your records.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Allergies and Sensitivities

It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the services we provide. We recommend a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions.

5.2 Hygiene Standards

We maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitize all tools and products between clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who shows signs of contagious skin conditions or infections that may pose a health risk to our staff or other clients.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and videos, is the property of ArtFace or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

If you provide us with any feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any form, media, or technology.

6.3 Photography and Portfolio

We may take photographs of our work for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to such use unless you explicitly opt out in writing before your appointment. You retain the right to request the removal of your images at any time.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtFace and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7.2 Service Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality services, the results of makeup applications may vary depending on individual skin types, conditions, and preferences. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services.

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
